The technology of Stelmi machines has boasted ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) certification since 1983, which defines the technology used as "innovative and clean" and the "excellent" classification by the supervisors of the 'work environment. The machines operate on a closed circuit and total emissions are 100 times lower than EU or US limits. The Stelmi machines are not only ecological and safe, but at the same time, thanks to the continuous developments and innovations made, they have also improved energy efficiency: today with the sixteenth version we could define them as the most efficient in limiting energy waste. The high industrial automation of the Stelmi machines guarantees ease of use and the constant production of high quality products both in terms of chrome plating, thanks to the rotation of the bars, and in terms of high resistance to corrosion. STELMI chrome plating is a high performance continuous chrome plating technology, totally designed and developed "in-house". Production takes place on continuous chrome plating lines supplied and maintained by ASLANTECH "a company wholly owned by ASO H&P". This technology guarantees perfect homogeneity of the chrome layer, fully chromed rods and very high resistance to corrosion (up to NSS 1000h / Rating 10).
